From conceptualizing and crafting specialty cocktails, to designing and implementing the menus, I oversaw every aspect of the process. I created monthly specialty cocktails, designed the menus using Photoshop and Stable Diffusion, coordinated with printers, and ensured seamless in-house implementation.
